DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENTS (TNA) TOOLS

Description

We developed TNA tools that were used to undertake a training needs assessment to identify key technical and functional gaps to perform public financial management, monitoring, and evaluation as well as statistics functions. The goal was to build a strong evidence-base around a comprehensive training needs assessment that will provide the organization with a clear road map as to the entry points for the various training gaps identified.
